The general terms and conditions provided herein are the only terms and conditions that apply to the use of this website, which is solely owned by HipKnitShop, a company governed by Norwegian law.

All rights, including copyrights on HipKnitShop.com, remain with HipKnitShop. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storage, in whole or in part, other than for personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without permission.

Product Distribution
We offer worldwide delivery.

We reserve the right to change this at any time.

Order Placement
To place an order: Select your desired item(s) and add them to your shopping cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your information, and select your preferred payment method. Click the appropriate option to confirm your card details or use, or create, a PayPal account. You will then receive an email confirming acceptance of your order.

You are bound by the order from the moment you accept the electronic offer from HipKnitShop (when the order is sent and payment is confirmed on the website).

HipKnitShop will deliver products according to availability. If we are out of stock, we will inform you immediately, and you can choose another product or a refund.

HipKnitShop reserves the right to only accept orders from those who are 18 years of age or older.

Product warranty.
Our knitted friends and pillows are tested as safe toys for children, according to Norwegian and European laws and standards. CE marked.

All our finished products are hand-knitted / hand-embroidered. Differences may therefore occur.

Users are hereby informed that photographs of the products offered are for illustration purposes only and intended as a guideline, and may therefore differ from the original.

We recommend that you keep the purchase documents, electronically or attached to the item(s), given to you by HipKnitShop.

In case of errors, you must immediately inform HipKnitShop by sending us an email so we can resolve it as soon as possible.

Cancellation and returns policy.
You have 14 business days from the date of receipt of the item to exercise your right to cancel and return your purchase from HipKnitShop. Any returns must be agreed upon in advance with us via email.

HipKnitShop will refund expenses, or if you wish to exchange it for another or similar product of your choice.

You can only return products that are in the same condition as when you received them. HipKnitShop will not issue any refund or accept returns of products if the item has been used, is not tagged, has undergone any damage, or is missing the original packaging. All tags must be attached. Please handle the product with care before returning it.

When returning by choice, the customer covers return shipping costs to HipKnitShop.

Returns due to deficiencies or defects are covered by HipKnitShop.

After receiving the product, HipKnitShop will examine it and inform you if a refund is applicable, taking into account the condition of the item. The refund will be processed within 30 days of your return request date.

Delivery
Shipping is adjusted at checkout depending on which country you are shopping from. Delivery time depends on the country. HipKnitShop cannot be held responsible for delays due to postal or customs processing.

We ship all orders within 1-4 days, with the exception of sales and periods where it may take longer. Delivery time is indicative.

If we are out of stock of the item, we will contact you quickly so we can refund you or send you something else if desired.

Delivery location and postage
The price is specified in Norwegian Kroner (NOK), Euros, or US Dollars (USD). You can choose your desired currency at checkout before the final payment step. You can also select your desired currency in the store.

Unclaimed packages
HipKnitShop does not pay for uncollected packages.

Are you shopping from abroad?
When you place an order for an international address, prices are displayed without Norwegian VAT, meaning they are 25% cheaper. VAT is added by the recipient country—please contact your local customs authorities if you have any questions regarding the laws and regulations governing this.

Price and security
The price of the products is as stated on this website. If HipKnitShop discovers any errors in pricing, we will contact you immediately and give you the chance to cancel your order or replace your order with the correct price. If it is not possible to contact you within three days of HipKnitShop discovering the error, we will cancel the order and refund the amount.

We accept payment by VISA/Mastercard and PayPal. Secure and easy to use. You do not need to be a member of PayPal to make a purchase. When paying by credit or debit card, HipKnitShop reserves the right to verify the validity of the card, that there are sufficient funds to cover the purchase price, and that the buyer's address details are correct. HipKnitShop reserves the right to refuse a purchase.
