Light Sweater Knitting Pattern

Elegant and lovely cotton sweater. Knitted bottom-up with a beautiful textured pattern. First, the body is knitted in the round. Then, stitches are decreased for the armholes and the back piece is knitted back and forth. The front piece is then knitted back and forth for a bit before it is divided into two front pieces which are then knitted separately with decreases and increases to form the neckline. The front and back pieces are sewn together at the shoulder. The sleeves are knitted bottom-up in the round and then attached to the armholes.
