LOVESTORY SWEATER KNITTING PATTERN
Knitting pattern for braided sweater for women. The Lovestory sweater is knitted in a delicious blend of Pop Merino and Hip Mohair.
The work is knitted from the top down. First, the back piece is worked back and forth. Then, stitches are picked up over the shoulders for two shoulder sections. Decreases and increases are worked on the shoulder sections to form the neckline. The shoulder sections are joined in the center front, and the front piece is worked to completion. The front and back pieces are joined, and the body is worked to the desired length.
Stitches are picked up for sleeves that are knit straight and finished with a narrow ribbed band. Finally, stitches are picked up for the neckline.
Oversized fit and wide, straight sleeves. 15-30 cm positive ease is recommended.
