ANNE TOP KNITTING PATTERN

Summer knit top in cotton. Sweet top knitted in our lovely cotton yarn, Cuddle Me Cotton.

The top is knitted from the top down – you start by knitting i-cord, and increase from the i-cord stitches to the front and back panels. The panels are knitted together after the increases and then down to the desired length.
V-neckline on the front and back. Knitted to the desired length and finished with a folded hem for a neat finish. A-shape, flares slightly outwards towards the hips (can be omitted if a straighter shape is desired).

FIT
Fit is roomy, normal length. Top has a range of motion / «positive ease» of approx. + 4 inches around the bust (wider below). Choose a size that is approx. + 4 inches wider than your bust measurement. (Tip: Feel free to measure the bust of a tank top / dress you already own and like the fit of, and size according to the measurements here. You can adjust the length yourself as you go).
