Delightfully simple structure, knitted in ridges, lace pattern, and stockinette stitch. First, you knit the back piece back and forth, until the shoulder and armholes are made. You pick up stitches for the front pieces at the sides of the back piece. This way, you get a shoulder seam slightly back on the shoulder and towards the back, which gives the jacket an extra nice fit.
