Cherry Jacket Knitting Pattern
Knitting pattern for a colorful jacket with cherries. Cherry jacket – A fun and different project that turns into a cozy and super nice jacket! The design is simple but somewhat time-consuming, inspired by «granny squares» and patchwork quilts. Here, cherry »patches» are knitted together to form a jacket. See the video on our YouTube channel for how to sew the jacket together.
The jacket is slightly short according to the pattern, with wide sleeves, sewn together with visible seams between the patches for a slightly edgy and raw look. The length can be adjusted by adding more patches or knitting a longer/shorter ribbed hem. Pictured in size M.
The jacket is knitted in many different color combinations – using leftover yarn is recommended.
Fit – Choose a size that is + 5-15 cm more than your bust measurement. (Feel free to knit on 5 mm needles for size S, or 7 mm for L/XL for smaller/larger garments).
